Responsibilities

  

?Perform as the primary contact for resolving inquires initiated from Client Service, Homesite on all fund accounting related areas

  

?Perform independent analytical work on NAV component, especially exceptions, throughout the day before NAV completion

  

?Disseminate NAV & fact sheet to CS/Home site after reviewing and validating

  

?Notified with delay or issue during daily processing from internal upstream teams; monitor the issue resolution status and ensure timely home site notification if client delivery is impacted

  

 

  

Requirements

  

?Minimum of 3 years of experience at State Street

  

?Strong skill on communication and problem solving

  

?Sound understanding of SSC internal operations, interactions and dependencies, including functions as valuation, corporate action, derivatives, cash, reconciliation etc.

  

?Be able to engage and maintain a strong relationship with the home site and various internal departments

  

?Ability to execute and achieve results in an ambiguous environment
