1. 根据公司的战略规划，协助经理维护公司与租户之间的关系；
2. 协助经理楼面管理，对所管辖商家进行日常运营管控，包括合同执行、租金收取、经营业绩帮扶、卖场形象维护、撤场管理、开业验收、商户协调、推广活动支持以及突发事件异常管控等；
3. 协助经理推动公司销售业务，组织完成公司业务计划；
4. 协助经理对所属品牌的二次装修、新进商户进场装修的图纸报批、进度监管、开业活动举办及后期运营工作；
5. 在适当的市场营销和推广活动，提供意见和建议；实时掌握品牌的活动推广，有效收集信息；了解各品牌活动需求，协助促成品牌间异业活动；
6. 收集租户对我们的营销和促销活动的反馈意见；分享商场活动的同时协助品牌共同参与与配合；
7. 协助经理完成日程相关工作；
8. 完成领导交付的其他工作.

10. 学历：本科或以上学历，英文听说读写流利，可作为工作语言

2. 工作经验：从事品牌方2年以上经验、或从事商业地产或商业咨询3-5年或以上经验，至少3年以上知名大型商业管理公司或购物中心同等职位管理经验3. 专业技能：熟悉国内商业发展趋势和市场；有商业运营敏感度，能够承受较强的工作压力；具有丰富品牌人脉资源
