5.   随时对餐厅的工作进行巡查，发现问题及时解决,妥善处理客人投诉，并将结果反馈给餐厅经理。

6.  形象良好，良好的英文沟通能力。

7.  一年及以上主管、领班工作经验，良好的组织协调能力。

8.  较强的管理能力及执行能力。
