工作职责：

1. 协助项目经理及规划设计师完成各类项目深化，按照要求完成方案的设计；

2. 协助规划设计师绘制项目各阶段图纸，协助将草图发展成合理的方案和设计分析图；

3. 编制各阶段汇报文件和成果制作；

4. 协助项目经理及规划设计师完成项目的管理及协调工作。

职位要求：

1.城市规划、城市设计及其相关专业本科及以上学历；

2.熟练操作Microsoft office、AutoCAD、Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign，会应用ArcGIS、SketchUp等软件的基本操作；

3.熟练的英语说写能力；

4.良好的语言表达能力和沟通技巧；

5.良好的团队协作和服务意识，富有责任心。

Graduate Urban Planner

 

Responsibility:

1.Assist project manager and senior planner to complete the projects and the designs as required;

2. Assist senior planner to prepare drawings for each stage, assist in translating sketches into reasonable scheme and analysis drawings;

3.Prepare reports for various stages of the project;

4.Assist project manager and senior planner to manage and coordinate the project.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above in Urban Planning or Urban Design with a sound knowledge of urban planning fundamentals;

2.Good command of in Microsoft office，AutoCAD，Photoshop，Illustrator，InDesign as well as some basic skill in ArcGIS, Sketchup or other relative software;

3.Excellent written and verbal English skills;

4.Good presentation and communication skills;

5.Proven to be a teamwork member and have service awareness and responsibility.
