JOB PURPOSE

This role assists in handling a portfolio of companies incorporated in XYZ and offshore companies (may include public listed companies) and ensures that all company secretarial matters of client companies are handled.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Senior Executive in providing company secretarial services to a range of non-listed client companies; · Handle full set of company secretarial documents;
• Communicate with clients with reviewed by supervisors, if necessary
• Understand client company’s business transactions and accounting flows
• Research and resolve outstanding reconciling items and related issues
• Perform monthly account/financial data analysis and explain key variances
• Assist with establishing accounting process
• Update and maintain records/information in ViewPoint;
• Follow the instructions from the supervisors.

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience gained in professional firm/ CPA firm/law firm;
• Student member of ICSA / HKICS is preferred (or local equivalent);
• Good computer skills and familiar with Viewpoint system as an advantage;
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Independent and able to work under pressure.
