KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  

Pricing Administration

• Work closing with business unit, understand business requirement; Build up Pricing process and ensure timely and accurate pricing creation within agreed timeframes.
• Accurate calculations using pricing tools and templates available.
• Liaise with the Customer Service Department regarding administration of new/revised orders.
• Liaise with other departments in resolving of pricing queries, pricing extensions.
• Carry out analysis of data as and when required
• Reflect the Alcon values of Quality, Reliability, Flexibility, Speed, Cost and Alcon’s leadership behaviours
• Any other duties or projects as requested by the Line Manager commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility for this role, for which the associate has the necessary experience and/or training
• Other ad hoc work assigned by line manager.

                  

Customer Data Administration

• Ensure comprehensive records are maintained for all Master Data in accordance with compliance procedures
• Apply amendments and deletions of Master Data including address, telephone, email addresses, segmentation, reporting group changes, materials and pricing details
• Responsible for closing accounts, blocking and unblocking, adding bank account details, changing credit info, adding or removing pop up notes etc.
• Other ad hoc work assigned by line manager.

          

  

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor degree with major in accounting
• Languages: English – fluent

• Experience of managing master data processes in a complex ERP system and business environment and advanced Excel skills required Good sense of responsibility and detail-oriented;
• Good skills on communication;
• Ability to prioritizes tasks efficiently and productively, and manages time well
