KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Issue VAT invoice in GTS and mail to the customers on time with meeting the requirements of both customers and tax law;
• Perform monthly AR reconciliation with Vision Care Customers; work with customers and collectors/commercial/supply chain teams on variance investigation and solve deviation in a compliant way; obtain and archive supporting documents appropriately;
• Support AR collectors on collection issues, including providing supporting documents, delivering financial report, checking root cause of issues, etc. ;

· Continuous improvement on AR reconciliation process; Identify potential credit risk and escalate properly;

• Participate in and support A/R month end activities, including invoice issuance and delivery, financial report reconciliation and analysis, etc. ;
• Support business model transit and IRIS project;
• Other ad hoc work assigned by line manager.

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor degree with major in accounting or business management
• Languages: English – fluent; Mandarin – fluent.
• Good sense of responsibility and process flow, detail-oriented;
• Good skills on communication;
• Takes a logical and analytical approach to solving problems; generates workable solutions and resolves issues/challenging situations;
• Team player, able to excel at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
