该岗位工作地点在山东省滨州市

As representative of Scholz China GmbH, act as General manager of Scholz-Weiqiao join venture. Leading the whole team to achieve business target defined by the JV board and Scholz management team 

1. Act as General manager of Scholz-Weiqiao joint venture.

2. Overlook the project setup process under support from JV partner and Scholz technical team.

3. Setup operational team for the Scholz-Weiqiao joint venture, include technical operation, human resource, finance, procurement and sales etc.

4. Establish and oversee budgets, plans, policies, and programs that will effectively implement the operation objectives set by by the JV board and Scholz management team.

5. Set and monitor the performance of all departments especially production unit cost & efficiency, procurement, and sales.

6. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop the team to ensure a sustainable, compliance and profitable operation of the JV.

7. Other tasks assigned by the superior

任职资格：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, MBA preferred;

2. More than 10 years of management experience in large machinery or automobile manufacturing industry. At least 5 years in General Manager, Sales Director or Site Manager role. Experience in Fortune Global 500 or Sino-foreign JV preferred；

3. Strong leadership experience and skills, good communication skills and teamwork sprite.

4. Have excellent ability to develop team and business；

5. Have professional English reading, writing, and listening and speaking skills；

6. Be able to accept frequent business trip.
