1.Must have knowledge of basic ABAP programming language and able to do developments in basic ABAP areas like Reports, BDCs, SAP-Scripts/ smart forms, module pool programming and
aware about the enhancement techniques to be used in ABAP.
2. Should have SAP -ABAP experience and implementation of SAP Project (or) has exposure to support project experience in SAP Knowledge about overview of HR Processes, Personnel Administration, Org Management and Payroll Process.
3.Must have knowledge about creating Employee in SAP HR, also few Organizational Management objects (Org. Unit, Position etc). \
4. Must have worked with Logical Database(PNP / PCH), Infotype Structure, Created/Enhanced Infotype, Macros, Creating HR report category.
5. Should have knowledge about Inbound and Outbound Interfaces to/from Vendors, Knowledge about fetching data from HR Tables.

6.Should have project experience on ABAP-Web Dynpro - SAP Web UI technologies and object oriented programming. Should be very well conversant with Architecture of Web Dynpro and its elements e.g. Component/View/Window/Component Controller/Programming controller methods. Should be able to develop Dynamic Web Dynpro Application OR enhance the existing applications.

Should have good hands-on experience/ knowledge on customizing Workflow through Business Object Repository. Should have good ABAP-OOPS experience to develop Objects. Should be able to leverage SAP Standard Task or build Customer Steps, linking of these tasks/steps using Events, able to develop Rules/leverage HCM reporting for agent determination. Should be able to link event for deadline and link them to SAP Business Workplace. Should be conversant with Workflow administration & Workflow Reports/Miscellaneous.
