Job Responsibilities:

- Master CRM system and data management, compile regular KPI and client insights report for management reference

- Support line manager on clients' performance by cluster and actionable solutions to continuously improve CRM performance in China market across channels

- Understand Loro Piana's customer expectations and interests, actively work with Marketing and Retail team to improve customer experiences

- Assist line manager with planning and managing CRM tools, campaign invitation preparation & tracking

- Assist CRM training roll out to China retail network, equipping retail team with CRM knowledge & system skills and cultivating customer centric and omni-channel mindset of retail staff

Position Requirement:

- Bachelor degree holder from an elite university, at least 3 years relevant working experiences at top tier luxury brands or agencies

- Excellent data analysis skills and state of the art understanding of market trends

- Good team player, able to build close rapport with internal stakeholders

- Result oriented, hands on and multi-tasks

- Good command of English and MS Office application
