职位要求：

1. 区域经济、城市规划、房地产、土地管理、经济地理等相关专业硕士或以上学历；

2. 熟练使用Microsoft office相关软件；

3. 熟练的英语说写能力；

4. 良好的语言表达能力和沟通技巧；

5. 良好的团队协作和服务意识，富有责任心。

Graduate Consultant (Urban Innovation Unit)

Responsibility:

1.  Conduct desktop research on best practices；

2.  Collect materials and conduct urban economic and real estate related research and analysis；

3.  Prepare presentations and reports to explain the methodology, findings and recommendations；

4.  Keep smooth and effective communication among departments within Arup；

5.  Organise the knowledge base for the team.

 

Requirements:

1.  Master degree or above in regional economy, urban planning, real estate, land management, economic geography;

2.  Be familiar with Microsoft office；

3.  Excellent written and verbal English skill;

4.  Good communication and presentation skill;

5.  Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and sense of responsibility.
