职位描述

【岗位职责】

1. 培训工作的组织与管理  Training

  1)制定并不断完善与集团发展需求相匹配的培训体系,评估不同部门的年度培训需求,选择适合的培训课程及讲师。

To develop and continuously improve the training system with the group's development needs, assess the annual training plan of different departments, select the appropriate training courses and trainers.

  2)按照年度计划,开展集团内部培训,组织员工报名、确定培训讲师、布置培训会场,维护培训现场秩序,控制培训时间进程。

According to the annual plan, to organization the group's internal training, include: registration, determine the training trainer, arrangement of training, maintain the training course, control the training process.

  3)管理相关数据信息:培训数据,报告,照片和资料库
Data management: training data, reports, photos and database.

  4)维护在线学习系统:管理用户访问、创建跟踪报道、公布培训活动和新课程,提供基本的技术支持。
Maintain the online system: user access, create tracking reports, announce training activities and new courses, provide basic technical support.
2. 加强集团文化的宣传与渗透  Culture

 1)改善 Kaizen :

  • 改善培训:*调动TBP讲师的积极性,充分发挥其作用。保证TBP培训按时开展,与TBP讲师讨论授课内容,开发新课程,确保授课质量。

Training of Kaizen: mobilize the enthusiasm of the TBP trainer. To ensure the TBP training is carried out on time, with the TBP trainer to discuss the contents, to develop new courses, to ensure the quality of training.

  • 改善比赛:*及时准确的将比赛要求等相关信息传达给参赛小组,督促其进展并确保参赛作品按时提交。*协调TBP讲师及其他资源对参赛项目给予大力支持,并提出合理化建议。

Kaizen: In time and accurately communicate the relevant information to the team, supervise the progress and ensure A3 report submitted on time. Coordinate with TBP trainers and other resources to support the project, and put forward reasonable suggestion.

  • 集团内部改善创新比赛:*组织年度改善创新比赛,完成年度参与率目标,提高A3制作水平。*对改善比赛提出合理化建议

Kaizen&Innovation: Organize the Kaizen, complete the annual target of participation rate, and improve the production level of A3. Put forward reasonable suggestion for the Kaizen project

  2)作为TIC,TI窗口人,组织并确保适合的人选参加TBP, MDP, LDP以及TBP T3等相关培训,并提供相应的支持与帮助。

As window person to TIC and TI, organize and ensure the suitable candidates to participate in TBP, MDP, LDP and T3 TBP and other related training, and provide the appropriate support.
  3)加强集团品牌价值宣传,提高员工认可度,包括但不限于丰田历史,Toyota Way等,并适当组织并实施公益活动

To strengthen the group's brand value promotion, improve employee recognition, including but not limited to the history of TOYOTA, Way Toyota and so on, and organization and implementation of public welfare activities
  4)按时推出Newsletter,保证内容时效性及有效信息的传递。

Publish Newsletter on time, to ensure timely and effective information transmission.
3. 绩效考核的组织与管理   Performance Appraisal:

  1)制定科学合理,与集团发展相匹配的绩效考核及评估体系
Make a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system to match with the group development.

  2)准时准确的完成年度目标设定及评估工作
Complete the annual target setting and assessment on time and accurately

  3)根据PDCA循环,不断探索和完善绩效考核体系
According to PDCA cycle, and constantly explore and improve the performance appraisal system
4. 负责年度敬业度调查的开展及后续跟进  Engagement Survey

  1)及时,准确的提供相关信息,保证年度敬业度调查顺利开展。

Timely and accurate to provide relevant information to ensure the smooth development of the annual engagement survey.

  2)对调查结果进行分析,并组织向集团进行汇报。

To analyze the survey results and report to group.

  3)根据调查结果制定合理的行动计划,取得领导层批准后,协调相关人员进行实施。
According to the survey results to make reasonable action plan, to coordinate the relevant personnel.

  4)跟进行动计划实施进展,确保按时高质量完成。
Follow up the progress of action plan and ensure the completion of high quality on time.

  5)提出提高员工满意度的合理化建议。

Put forward the reasonable suggestion to improve employee satisfaction.
5. BCP相关项目窗口人   Window person to BCP

作为人力资源部窗口人,协助人力资源部负责人,按照操作风险所制定的各项应急政策,完成本部门职责。

As window person, assist HR department head to completion of the Department's responsibilities in BCP and in accordance with the operational risk of the development of the emergency policy.

【任职条件】

● 大学本科学历,人力资源管理或经济类专业;

University degree, or equivalent in Human Resources Management or Business major

● 优秀的英语或日语应用能力;
Excellent command of English or Japanese

● 良好的人际关系和沟通能力;
Good interpersonal and communication skills

● 具备影响力、谈判能力、口头及书面的有效沟通能力;
Ability to present, influence, negotiate, and effectively communicate orally as well as in written.  

● 具备组织协调能力,关注工作细节
