ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    

· Analysis and review financial booking in GL, including actual VS budgets/ forecast to ensure all booking in GL are accuracy and completeness;

    

· Support to Yearly budget and Rolling forecast for sales, rental and expense, to provide more accuracy Forecast to top management

    

· Support for China E-Commerce business;

    

· Monthly sales performance & KPI review;

    

· Inventory movement review and checking;

    

· Business model for new store opening;

    

· Other project support in China.

· 为中国区的线上业务提供支持；

· 存货变动的报表的审核；

    

· 新开门店的信息核算；

QUALIFICATIONS

    

· Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with experience in operating budget accounting, tracking, preparation and management (retail, FMCG background a plus).

    

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accounting.

    

· Enough accounting knowledge and experience to effectively adapt to the whole process of financial reporting for complex business operations

    

· Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data.

    

· Must have high degree of accuracy with a strong attention to detail.

    

· Well organized with an ability to multitask efficiently.

    

· Team player possessing a strong work ethic and drive for results.

    

· Working proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

    

· Fluent in spoken and written English.
