General Purpose of the Job

Interface to Business Department to understand business needs and provide professional HR consultation and solutions.

Main Responsibility Areas

Business Partnership

-      Partner with business leaders, and stakeholders to drive and enable sustainable function performance. Proactively form credible relationships to influence relevant decision-making

-      Familiar with cooperate organization management policies and processes, dedicate and support business to provide efficient and effective HR consultation & solutions by cooperation with HR CoE team.

-      Pro-actively identify, define, implement and pro-actively align solutions that address the needs of the business whilst taking into account the broader implications.

Talent and Project

-      Drive people agenda by applying broad HR skills in the areas of organization design and development, workforce planning, coaching/consultation, program/project management, facilitation and communication. Plan and implement people/ organization solutions aligned to the business & company HR strategy and goals.

-      Act as a strategic HR advisor to management team members to create positive and effective working relationships, build employee engagement, manage performance and attract, retain and develop talent in a collaborative environment.

-      Provide talent and performance management guidance such as coaching, career development, training, and succession planning

Change Management

-      Proactively engage with business leaders on people strategy and effectively delivering strategy through workforce planning and organization design and structure.

-      Develop, facilitate and execute change management and organizational development initiatives

-      Partnering with business leaders to actively analyze and drive cultural change in line with business strategy

任职要求：

Needed Competencies

-      Cross-cultural competence, strong communication skills

-      Able to work under pressure with muti-tasks

-      Explicit and well-defined customer orientation

-      Trustful and loyal in handling of high-confidentiality data/info

-      High rate of accountability and accuracy;

-      Taking initiative, proactive and creative;

-      Good commend of computer skills, Excel. Word, PPT etc.

Education

Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration or Human Resources

Needed Work Experience

-      5+ years working experiences in the area of HR, and 3 years working experience in MNC as HR business partner or HR generalist preferred.

-      Experiences in change management/organization restructure would be a plus.

-      Sports lover is a plus.
