1. Involve in new project order intake, activities such as sales technical meeting, support on technical bidding and quotation.

2. Develop new customers in Metallurgical industry for new opportunity. Regular meeting with existing customers.

   开发冶金行业内新客户、新机会。定期拜访老客户。

3. Successful reference project training to sales.

   向销售提供成功案例的培训。

4. People management including recurting, daily work allowcation, resource work arrangement planning, personel training plan, engineer KPI measurement etc.

   人员管理包括招聘、日常任务安排、人员工作安排计划、人员培训计划、工程师绩效制定等。

5. Be responsible for whole team profit and loss. Meet company yearly strategy target.

   对团队盈利、亏损负责，实现公司年度战略目标。

6. Mechanical structure design of heavy industry machinery. Must have proven experience focusing on metallurgical industry.

   机械重工设备结构设计经验，必须在冶金行业内有突出的履历。

7. As a mentor, to raise team competence on 3D detail design, component selection and 2D drawing, BOM. Preferred to have concept design background.

   作为一名导师，能够提高团队在三维细化设计、部件选型、二维出图，BOM清单的技能。有概念设计经验优先考虑。

8. Internal and external technical communications. Customer project design review meetings.

   内外部技术沟通，和客户进行设计评审会议。

                                

任职要求：

  

1. Bachelor degree or above，majored in mechanical engineering

   本科及以上，机械工科类

2. More than 10 years structure design experience in metallurgical industry equipment or production line.

   10年以上钢铁、冶金设备或者生产线结构设计经验

3. More than 5 years’ people management experience. Prefer to work in multi international company.

   5年以上人员管理的经验，外资经验优先考虑

4. Good presential skills.

   良好的表达、演讲技能

5. Motive team and self motivation.

   激励团队的同时，自身是积极向上

6. Result oriention, can work under high pressure.

   以结果为导向，能够应对较大工作压力
