• Supplier lifecycle management, including identification, selection, onboarding, performance management, info management, risk management, relationship management, and offboarding.
• Identification - Identify potential suppliers in the market and introduce to the company.
• Selection - Lead RFx Process to identify best fit suppliers to each project.
• Onboarding - Lead RFI and Commercial Due Diligence, support Technical Due Diligence as needed. Contract negotiation, review, signing and management to ensure all contracts be well managed
• Performance Management. Lead/Participate QBR and implement action.
• Info management: Supplier master data maintenance, contract management, market intelligence management, should cost modelling/clean sheet, and etc...
• Risk management – contingency plans for key services/goods.
• Relationship management – establish and maintain good relationship with key suppliers.
• Offboarding – contract termination, SAP data deactivate, reconciliation, etc…
• Stakeholder Management. Manage the expectation and deliverables.
• Process Optimization. Identify & implement procurement process optimization opportunities.
• Tail Spend Management.
• Financial improvement via Saving and DPO.
• Deal with any urgency case
