Operation Specialist, BNF
Location - Shanghai

Responsibility

1. Support the Operation Head to coordinate with deployment project teams for timely problem solving so as to execute Smart Glass program successfully and smoothly, monitor implementation process on monthly basis;
2. Support the Operation Head to coordinate with deployment project teams for timely problem solving so as to execute Dingding program successfully and smoothly, monitor implementation process on monthly basis
3. Collect current BNF all completed project files / documents / information ; Maintain share folder for storage of collection mentioned above and update on the progress of share folder maintanence and report to N+1 on monthly basis
4. Work with BNF project teams on the case study collection, analysis & summarization; Update on the progress of case study and report to N+1 on monthly basis
5. Monitor staff utilization rate and occupation rate on monthly basis and staff assignment for BNF BUs on monthly basis;
6. Key Projects Monthly Risk Mgt Collection and summarization of the key projects' monthly risk management report on monthly basis; Monitoring BU to follow-up and solve the key issues with coordination with other functional dept.
7. Other tasks assigned by the company

Requirement

1. Coordination skills and good at task prioritization as well as time management;
2. Presentation and communication skills;
3. Work independently as well as part of a team;
4. Good English capability is a strong plus
