The role

Working in APAC AE (Sales) team based in Shenzhen, you will:

Function as a BLE Application Software/Firmware Engineer developing and supporting BLE products. Specific duties include but not limited to:

• Provide design, development, and debug support for complete customer product development cycle from product definition to production line test
• Provide deep level hands-on wifi software/firmware customer support in elements such as debugging, code porting, code optimisation, peripheral utilization and help customer fix issues and then move to mass production
• Customise reference designs from the Business unit to local customer needs.
• Work closely with sales team, FAEs and customers to adapt Dialog technologies to new platforms and solutions
• Provide feedback to the product line on suggestions to improve deliverables: tools / device / architecture / reference designs
• Travel to provide on-site support to customers.

What we are looking for?

• BSEE/BSCS with at least 5 years of working experience, or MSEE/MSCS with at least 3 years of working experience
• Familiar with embedded software/firmware development using C/C++ programming languages.
• Familiarity with RTOS and Linux architectures, Linux Driver development is a strong plus
• Good technical understanding on BLE/BT
• Good understanding about Wlan spec and protocol; experience in BLE software stack development and debugging - device driver, kernel networking stacks, firmware
• Good Packet analysis skill - MAC and TCP/IP level with Wireshark/Omnipeek tools
• Familiarity with Arm Cortex M and connectivity interface: I2C, SPI,Uart,SDIO,USB etc
• Team player with good interpersonal communication and writing skills in English
