Your tasks

As a Management Consultant (m/f) you work on a variety of strategic projects for renowned automotive companies and meet changes with your expertise. With strategic and conceptional know-how you develop individual holistic solutions from strategy development to the implementation of an internal performance culture through professional knowledge transfer. In addition, you optimize the organizational and communication processes and actively participate in the development of innovative processes. Main areas of your work are:  ？ Development of conceptual strategies  ？ Interdisciplinary communication  ？ Independent preparation and execution of interviews and workshops  ？ Preparation of results presentations and their presentation at our customers  

？ Analysis of business models, markets and complex data bundles.

？ Supervision of internal strategic business development projects

  Your skills 

     Successfully degree in the field of economics, technology or similar

？ Specialized internships in the automotive and/or consulting industry

 ？ Practical experience in an intercultural working environment  ？ Good knowledge in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)  ？ Knowledge of Chinese language in writing, reading and speaking  ？ Command of English and/or German language skills are a great advantage  ？ Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, social skills coupled with teamwork, flexibility  

？ High self-initiative, resilience and the ability to communicate purposefully

 ？ Passion and interest in the automotive and their future mobility
