职位描述

The Job:

To develop and manage the strategic merchandise and sales plan for the E-commerce business in Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, and China (TMALL) in line with the company image by working with both internal (Christian Louboutin) and external (TP) teams to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Key Accountabilities:


Budget & Business Management
  • Achieve sales and margin targets by implementing technical and non-technical ECOM strategies and initiatives that will drive traffic, conversion, retention, revenue and profitability, in line with overall company strategy

  • Partnering with merchandising to ensure the right merchandise is featured at the right time online, according to delivery windows and develop online KPIs and seasonal merchandise objectives to achieve sales and gross margin plans

  • Coordinate online initiatives with the operations, communications & customer service teams to drive top line and profits sales; drive weekly and monthly marketing programs

  • Be proactive in understanding regional and international competitive landscape, and online retail and multi-channel trends, and take action to grow Christian Louboutin’s online market share across the designated regions

Operations, Customer Service & Logistics
  • Day-to-day coordination and management of the TP, conducting weekly meetings and communicating ongoing project updates to key stakeholders

  • Oversee day to day operations, including:

  • Liaising with Christian Louboutin for marketing and editorial, content management, coverage on social and EDM communications

  • Partner with in-store VM/Brand Creative and TP marketing and designs team to deliver visual consistency between stores and online

  • Ensure TP’s customer service guidelines and procedures are met to achieve financial and KPI goals

  • Internal reporting and presenting sales performance and KPIs

Relationship Management
  • Be the direct ECOM /TMALL representative and touch point within CL, working closely with all stakeholders to achieve Omni-channel approach and mindset

  • Manage TP relationship including direction setting to ensure the online needs are met in terms of customer service, operations, merchandising and marketing/communications

Main requirement:

  • Degree holder in Business / Marketing / E-Commerce related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years’ solid ECOM experience, preferably in a fashion / retail environment

  • Strong digital marketing experience on global E-Commerce platforms (i.e. TMALL)

  • Track record of success in providing analysis, strategic direction, and business recommendations

  • Experience of managing, trading and optimizing presence on third party marketplace online stores (TMALL, JD, Farfetch, etc.)

  • Strong interest and sense to fashion and hunger for business

  • Entrepreneurial, analytical, collaborative with strong influencing, leadership and stakeholder management skills

  • Proactive, independent, detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
