工作职责：

？ 作为人力资源团队助理，全面协助人力资源团队的工作

？ 负责招聘广告的发布，协助主管进行内外部招聘渠道管理

？ 负责简历筛选并与候选人进行初步的电话沟通及面试的安排

？ 与候选人和内部客户保持积极有效的沟通

？ 负责日常文件的准备、整理与归纳

？ 协助完成人力资源系统的录入及管理

？ 完成部门其他相关工作

Job Responsibilities:

？ Overall assistant for the HR team

？ Recruitment advertisement management through external and internal website

？ CV screening and doing phone screen and interview arrangement under the instruction of the supervisor

？ Maintain effective communication with candidates and internal clients

？ Assist with documents preparation sorting and induction

？ Assist HR system input and management

？ Other Assignment as required

任职要求：

？ 本科及以上学历，英语、人力资源管理专业优先考虑

？ 流利的英语能力（书写、口语）

？ 熟悉办公软件（Excel, PPT, Word等）

？ 良好的沟通能力，对待工作主动热情、做事灵活独立

？ 每周工作3-5天，实习3个月及以上

Qualifications:

？ Bachelor degree or above, major in English or Human Resources

？ Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)

？ Good command of MS-Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

？ Good communication skills, enthusiasm and flexibility

？ Self-motivation, independent working style and ability to take initiative
