Responsibilities:

    

As a team manager, you are required to lead team to achieve target for both revenue side and ability side, your responsibilities including but not limited as blow:

    

Case delivery

• Everyone is biller in Atomic, and deliver case can let you always keep an eye on the market

        

    

BD and client relationship

• Maintain and develop business, make sure there are continuous new job orders
• Keep good relationship with current clients and develop more business
• Keep good relationship with senior candidates and maintain a sharp market insight

                

    

Team management

• Be a part of recruitment process of new team member hiring
• Design training plan based on different member’s needs to improve their business capabilities
• Help team members’ career development in Atomic
• Give guidance or technical support to junior consultant of case delivery
• Team culture building to maintain team stability

                        

    

Cross function cooperation

• Cross function Client information delivery and offer help if needed
• Share Market information and deliver job leads to related colleagues

            

    

Talent pool contribution

• Everyone in Atomic should contribute to company talent pool

        

    

Requirements:

• More than 4 years’ headhunting experience
• Team management experience is preferred
• Good communication skills
• Strategic leader
• Service sense and good leadership, able to work under pressure
• Willing to share and open minded
