Job Description：

1. To assistant the sales force in terms of project registration;

2. To release authorization letters on behalf of Grundfos based on the approval by managers, directors and legal department;

3. To maintain Qualification & Technical documents for bidding ;

4. To assistant on project forecast;

5. To consolidate project reference;

6. To manage the documentation file;

7. Other tasks from manager

Job Requirements：

1． Diploma or degree holder in file management, secretary, or mechatronics；

2． Experienced on sales assistant is preferred；

3． Familiar with MS Office & SAP & CRM is preferred；

4． Positive self-confidence and ability to deal with pressure；

5． Self-driven with ability to prioritize tasks based on set objectives.

岗位职责：

1、协助销售团队进行项目注册（登记、查重、所属权界定）；

2、经经理、董事和法务部门批准后，代表格兰富发布授权委托书；

3、维护投标所需的资质和技术文件；

4、协助进行项目预测；

6、项目范例整合，管理文档文件等。

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历；

2、有销售助理工作经验者优先；

3、有复杂流程商务支持类经验优先；

4、学习能力强，工作认真负责。
