Reports to: Distribution Manager, Sales Division

Summary
The Dior Sales Specialist is responsible for overseeing the daily sales management and presentation Dior brand to his/her designated territories.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
? Achieves assigned quantitative and qualitative objectives, in line with the Dior global strategy.
? Responsible for the distribution of Dior eyewear to the authorized optical channel within a designated territory; actively manages brand presence by negotiating and increasing brand visibilities.
? Maintains regular visits to each customer and presents the collections to buyers and sales associates with the objective to maximize sell-in and sell-out
? Develops a strong working relationship with clients (opticians/department stores) within designated territory
? Maintains brand integrity by ensuring the brand is presented in-store using the standards set forth that convey the value of the brand and product
? Manages and ensures the correct installation of Point of Sale collateral within each assigned store
? Acknowledge of competitor's activities. (prices/visibilities/events)
? Provides weekly activity reporting to the Distribution Manager.
? Participates in internal meetings and trainings and provides feedback on products, displays, promotions and opportunities for improvement

Skills/Knowledge
? Strong and developed sales skills
? Visual merchandising experience is a plus
? Experience in selling luxury brands
? Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to travel within territory with suitcases
? Must possess a unique blend of business and fashion savvy
? Ability to work independently; extremely thorough and organized
? Excellent client service, presentation and follow-up skills
? Good business judgment, excellent negotiation skills, is focused, confident and consistent
Education and/or Experience
? Undergraduate degree
? Generally has at least 2 - 4 years of demonstrated experience and proficiency in wholesale sales, ideally within fashion accessories/cosmetics sales.
? Equivalent combination of education and related experience
? Driver's license with a good driving record required
