职位描述
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Overall inventory & maintenance of the operation competence within CIF GC;
sharing;
6. Support build up knowledge management system & mechanism;
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: University degree or equivalent level with technical/engineering major
1. Overall inventory & maintenance of the operation competence within CIF GC;
2. Manage competence database, keep the relevant data updated(resumes, qualifications, etc.);
3. Gap analysis with strategic development plan;
4. Strategically map and set up competence development plan per business;
5. Facilitate cross BU resourcesharing;
6. Support build up knowledge management system & mechanism;
7. Keep good filing of projects, enforcement of review and learning from cases;
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: University degree or equivalent level with technical/engineering major
2. Working experience: 3-8 years of experience in TIC or B2B industries, preferable with related work experience
3. Strong data analytical capabilities
4. Strong communication & coordination skills
5. High sense of responsibility and team spirit
6. English and local language skills
