职责描述：

1. Responsible contact for all those customer quality issues with all concerned customs after SOP.

负责SOP后同客户关于质量问题的沟通

2. Strongly support customer to clarify whether the problems come from our product quality.

积极主动同客户确认其抱怨问题是否来自于博泽的产品质量

3. Bring all customer complains regarding to the 0km and field problems to the plant and respond quickly to customer.

反馈零公里和售后的质量问题给工厂，并给客户快速的响应

4. Organize problem resolving regarding to customer complains.

组织关于客户抱怨的分析

5. Responsible provide 8D report to the customer for Brose product quality problems.

负责向客户提交关于博泽产品质量问题的8D报告

6. Corrective action responses and conduct follow-up verification.

纠正措施的响应并实施后续的确认

7. Improve channels of communication between Brose Beijing and customers with problem-solving and resolution.

改善博泽北京工厂同客户关于问题解决的沟通方式

8. Support customer team and production team to communicate with customer concerning quality problems.

支持客户组和生产部与客户沟通其关注的质量问题

9. Responsible to organize to close quality issues in SAP.

负责组织SAP中创建质量问题的及时关闭

10. Responsible process and product quality in the production line.

负责生产线生产过程和产品的质量

11. Responsible for internal workstation audit and follow–up the corrective action situations.

负责内部工位审核和跟踪整改措施完成情况。

12. Communicate all necessary follow-up actions need.

对所有必需的跟踪措施进行沟通

13. Stop production or block material and finish goods in case of high risk of quality issue, to ensure no failure parts delivered to customer.

在发现重大质量隐患或风险时，停止生产线生产并隔离可疑原材料和成品，以确保无缺陷件发给客户

14. Support production line to continuous improvement process/product quality.

支持生产线过程和产品质量的不断改善

15. Report regularly for customer quality data regarding to 0km and field.

定期汇报关于零公里和售后的客户质量数据

16. Responsible to calculate and collect all quality statistic report in daily/ weekly/ monthly

负责计算和收集质量统计日/周/月报告

17. Introduce quality tools/methods to ensure plant process quality and monitor the implementation effect.

为控制工厂过程质量导入质量工具和方法,并监控执行效果

18. Improve channels of communication between production and other departments with problem-solving and resolution.

改善生产部同其他部门关于问题解决的沟通方式

19. Communicate with quality department regarding to the quality issue.

关于质量问题在质量部进行内部沟通

20. Tasks that are for the benefit of the Brose Beijing operation assigned by Quality Manager or the General Manager. (These tasks could be cross functional)

任职要求：

1. Minimum Bachelor degree level engineer in a Mechanical field

机械专业大学本科及以上学历

2. Minimum 3 years experience in product Engineering or in Quality management in the automotive industry or ancillary industry.

3年以上在汽车行业或汽车零部件行业，产品设计或质量管理的经验

3. Good communication skill with internal and external.

良好的对内对外的沟通技巧

4. Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and quality planning methods

知悉防错和质量策划方案

5. Comprehensive knowledge of the production methods in use

掌握生产相关的方法

6. Basic knowledge of environmental law and environmental technology

具备环境法律、法规的基础知识

7. APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D

熟悉TS五大工具及8D工具
