Responsibility

As a manager in Assurance department, you will work with seniors and staffs as a team and you will be responsible for management of different aspects of a region team, such as:

? Lead a team of GDS and to deliver exceptional client services to EY engagement teams

? Monitor the quality of works delivered and review feedbacks received from engagement team

? Response to engagement team feedbacks and design appropriate action plans towards feedbacks

? Participate in auditing automation process and contribute valuable ideas

? To fulfil yearly KPI and complete marketing targets and Identify new business opportunity

Qualifications

? A minimum of 8 years working experience in audit in Big-four accounting firm;

? Chartered accountant with professional certification (CICPA) in accounting

? Strong knowledge of assurance-related concepts

? Excellent team management skills

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to quickly form strong working relationships with colleagues within and outside China
