岗位职责

1. 相关专业本科及以上学历，协助完成项目可行性研究，完成项目投资测算； 

2.负责产业/商业地产项目的市场调研、整体定位、产品规划、业态组合研究等工作；

3.负责组织搜集相关行业政策、竞品楼盘的信息；

4.组织策划营销方案和营销推广手段。

5.组织开展招商工作

 任职资格:

1. 具备8年以上房地产策划、管理及招商相关工作经验；

2.熟悉写字楼项目全程操作经验，掌握写字楼推广渠道，并有效的开展推广工作

3.具有较强的谈判、沟通及协调能力；

4.有一定的英语交流及书写能力，良好的市场开拓能力，沟通协调能力

Montage Technology, one of the leading fabless semiconductor company, is committed to providing high-performance IC based solutions for cloud computing and artificial intelligent (AI) markets.
