SUMMARY:

The Ocean Export OP is responsible for operating R/O & free hand cargo of different Lines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Process shipment booking received compliance to the customer’s shipping requirements/ instructions and follow up in accordance with SOP
• Contacting shipper to arrange the container loading, customs clearance and HB/L confirmation
• Contacting carrier or co-loader’s agent to ensure container receipt, MB/L confirmation and correct manifest data input
• Sending freight and local charge details to shipper
• Handle& follow up routing order from oversea and free hand cargo from Sales department
• Data input into system.
• Job file closing in the due time after vessel departed
• Other operational tasks that receive from department head

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good at written English & CET 4
• Strong sense of responsibility and team work player
• Customer service mind set

• College degree or above
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in similar position at Foreign forwarding companies
