Responsibilities:

1.     overall responsibility for brand marketing in Greater China region to strategize, plan, budget, implement and monitor all MKT related activities including but not limited to PR, digital, social media, CRM, sponsorship, events and campaigns, promotion and so on for assigned brand;    

    

2.     work closely with the international team in the US to develop localized programs and calendar, and ensure consistency of marketing and company management messaging when execute locally;

  

3.     work closely with centralized MKT team in China to synergize resources for execution of the activities in areas of social media, digital marketing, KOL and graphics, and when needed, support assigned projects;   

    

4.     coordinate and communicate with all internal and external execution arms, e.g. outsourced agencies, channels and platforms, landlords and so on, to ensure desirable deliveries of these localized programs in the preset timeline and approved budget;

        

5.     be responsive to ad hoc issues related to image and positioning of the brand by drafting feedbacks to seek opinions and approval from both Brand and Group sides including inquiry from within or outside the company when needed;

       

6.     communicate with other business and supporting functions such as sales operations, VM, logistics, HR, BD and so on to develop thorough understanding of assigned brand to align and gain support from them in daily work;

Requirements:

1.      Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Social Science or related disciplines

    

2.      Solid experience in brand marketing for at least 8 years with renowned high end brands

    

3.      Independent and mature personality with strong commitment in excellence

    

4.      Highly adaptable and able to work independently and in a team environment

    

5.      Ability to handle multi tasks, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

    

6.      Clear and professional communications skills in Chinese and English, both written and spoken
