·  Management of all Accounting functions of China (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Tax…    ·    ·  Responsible for the treasury management

        

·  Responsible for supervising monthly and year-end closing to ensure accurate and timely submission to the Head Office

    

·  Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensure proper tax filing in compliance with local regulations

    

·  Participate in the ERP implementation project  

    

·  Develop, implement and ensure finance operating procedures are aligned with the Group’s Internal Control procedures/requirements

    

·  Support the local finance director and the Head Office by providing the required financial analysis, business metrics, etc., be responsible for sub analysis and deliver financial monitoring, and assist in FP&A activitPeople development (coach and guide the team

·  Ad hoc project support and process improvement as assigned.

· Degree or above, professional accounting qualifications and exposure in retail (fashion retail preferred)

·  At least 5 years accounting experiences in handling full set of accounts and in a supervisory position ; audit experience will be a plus

·  Very familiar with local accounting & Tax obligations and with IFRS

·  Exposure in financial system implementation and development (Oracle is a plus)

·  Self-motivated, strong analytical, problem solving and organization skills

·  Capacity to handle a diverse range of tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines

·  Experience in International companies with a hands on approach   

·  Energetic, flexible, independent, thriving in fast growing business environment

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
• Strong IT skills, proficiency in MS applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
