山东潍坊著名制药有限公司诚聘生产副总：
岗位职责：
1、 参与公司战略制定，执行公司战略目标；
2、 负责企业内部日常营运生产工作，制定、审核生产各类管理制定和维护体系运作；
3、 主持生产一部、生产二部的工作；
4、 推进企业的生产管理体系发展和运行；
5、 考核下属部门的绩效；
6、 审核生产的管理制度、质量方针、技术参数和工艺文件；
7、 现场生产管理，降低生产污染，符合安全标准化和ISO职业健康要求；
8、 改造生产工艺，降低生产成本。
任职要求：
1、原料药和中间体企业工厂生产经营管理8年以上。
2、对工厂的生产技术、设备运行精通。
3、本科学历，化工类专业毕业，并经过知名管理机构培训管理技能。
4、有大型化工企业背景者优先。
