MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage budget for each event strictly .Breakdown and detail each expense follow up with invoicing process to secure internal payment to facilitate process.
2. Sourcing and updating suppliers to obtain best possible results to be delivered.  
3. Sourcing and analysis competitor benchmark and brand related social network information to support relevant stake-holders.
4. Ensure all relevant stake-holders are briefed, communicated and partnered up throughout.
5. Optimize event preparation through a strictly followed timeline with all stakeholders.
6. Ensure all logistic supports to the team is arranged smoothly.
7. Book keeping and archiving for team related spending and results.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
• Ability to manage finance and cost-conscious. 

Profile:

• Master degree, ideally in Fashion related majors.
• 1 year experience in an Event / Marketing role.
• Passion in lifestyle and fashion business.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken mandarin, fluent in English.  French is a plus.
• Excellent user in Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint
