ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<Business & Reports>

· Follow up the stores commercial performances through different sales analysis and productivity reports, including Retail Package, daily/monthly analysis report, etc.

· Participate and coordinate in budgeting and forecasting for retail ops department

· Advise on Retail Incentive Program based on store business performances

· Retail systems and data maintenance and management (Xstore, JDA, RTSM)

<Daily Operations>

· To assist in managing stores’ daily operation flow

· Prepare sales plan and target in collaboration with Retail Operations Manager

· Manage inventory and work with logistics on the stock delivery control

· Act as a link between inventory team and internal audit team to arrange mid/year-end stock take matters

· Coordinate with HQ on ordering and dispatching uniform for all store staff by season

· Work closely with merchandising team and warehouse on the management of price-tags and non-merchandising goods (eg. shopping bags, packing materials, uniform, etc.)

· GWP management

· Provide administrative support to stores or based on operations requests

· Coordinating and handle all store maintenance requests raised by stores. Review quotations of all work and ensure store’s request is covered in a high cost-efficient manner.

<Retail Activities>

· Coordinate with communication department for promotion activities

· Coordinate in store events/trunk shows or other CRM related activities based on retail excellence requests.

· New store openings and store closures

· Arrange and coordinate retail meetings

· Coordinating on Retail projects roll-out.

<Internal & External Relations>

· Coordinating with area manager to support communications between store and landlord

· Work closely with internal departments and communicate with external vendors to ensure all ops and administrative assignments fulfilled within deadlines and requirements met.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Degree and above in Business Administration or equivalent

· Minimum 3-year relevant retail operation or merchandising experience, related industry or competitor brand’s experience preferred

· Proficient in MS Office, previous exposure in JDA is preferred

· A good team player with excellent analytical, presentation and communication skill

· A fast learner, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure

· Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
