Key Responsibilities:

? To ensure information related to Direct Sourced Products is accurately held and maintained within Quality Assurance Management System

? To provide technical support in terms of product development, product quality, product testing / bench marking

? Closely work with sourcing and supply chain team on project management to achieve business delivery with assurance on product quality and other relative quality requirements

? To work closely with company’s QA colleagues to contribute towards creation of product specifications

? To sign off Silver and Gold samples to a pre defined specification in factories where appropriate

? Continuously improve company branded product ranges by implementing changes to product quality or production processes as agreed and approved by the Category QA Manager

? Assess supplier’s ability to manufacture product to our pre-defined specification. Cooperate with factories to amend internal production systems based on product reviews, customer returns data and feedback

? To review appropriate standards (BS, EN etc) and to verify factories 3 rd party certificates

Key Requirements:

? Professional/Technical Qualification or degree, in an appropriate field from a reputable University

? Fluent Mandarin and English communication

? Able to demonstrate in-depth detailed knowledge of (or capability of)  product safety & technical standards and associated compliance certification

? Able to demonstrate an in depth working knowledge of QA practices and methodology

? Able to demonstrate practical experience of Supplier, Factory, CSR (Ethical) and ISO9000 audits and respective International standards/Audit criteria

? Practical experience of Process Audit and Process Engineering

? Working experience within a technical role appropriate to the advertised role
