为批发组织，经销商以及客户制定驾驶员培训概念
l Organize and implement driver training strategy to support sales/aftersales business
制定并实施驾驶员培训战略以支持销售和售后业务
l Making driver training annual plan
制定驾驶员培训的年度计划
l Information management based on truck performance

Qualification and education资质以及教育背景要求
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanics/automotive technology or related studies; A2 or above driver license;
- 本科以上学历，机械/汽车技术或相关专业；A2以上驾照；
Experience工作经验要求
- At least five years’ experience in auto industry
- 五年汽车行业经验
- Three years in managing people
- 管理经验
- Experience in driving heavy-duty truck is a must
- 具有重型卡车的驾驶经验
- Experience in HDT industry training is a strong plus
- 车行业培训经验者优先
Specific knowledge专业知识
- Ability to develop training courses of auto after-sales service independently
- 开发卡车销售和售后服务培训课程的能力
- Interest in management consulting and training
- 理咨询和培训方面的工作具备浓厚兴趣
- Willing to travel on business
