岗位职责：

负责音乐项目的艺术家或艺术团体的沟通，确保合同的签署；

负责国际音乐演出项目的预算、协调和管理；

与销售部协调沟通，确保巡演项目的档期和费用；

与执行部协调沟通，确保巡演项目执行工作的顺利进行；

发掘潜在客户，与客户沟通，维护客户关系；

职位要求：

熟练的英文、德文（听、说、读、写）

愿意承诺至少三年以上的合同；

熟悉演出行业，了解国际音乐艺术团体或个人；

熟练操作windows 办公系统(PPT\excel\word)；

有音乐专业或表演艺术专业海外留学经验，至少2年；

Job description:

Communicate with artists or art groups and ensure to reach a deal .

Be able to budget , coordinate and manage international music projects.

Coordinate with the sales department to ensure the schedule and cost of the tour project;

Coordinate with the executive department to ensure the smooth implementation of the tour project;

Expand potential clients and maintain the good relationships;

Job requirements:

Proficiency in English and German (listening, speaking, reading, writing)

willing to commit to a contract of at least three years;

Familiar with the performance industry and learn about international music and art groups or individuals;

Proficiency in operating windows office system (PPT\excel\word);

Have overseas study experience in music or performing arts major for at least 2 years;

- 从事国际性演出经纪业务

- 组织各国专业文化团体的大型国际巡回演出

- 承接国际性大型公关策划活动，其中包含各国政府机构在文化、经济及旅游方面的推广等

- 为杰出的中国年轻艺术家提供演出经纪服务及国际演出平台

- 为非专业文化团体组织国际性交流活动，包括业余合唱团体、院校乐团、政府组织的访问考察等

- Agency service for international performing arts
