岗位职责：

1. 对访华演出项目负责，确保演出项目的高质量呈现；
2.  了解项目内容、行程及技术需求，与销售组及外联部对接；
3. 与销售组客户进行必要的沟通；
4. 根据演出行程安排详细日程，包括并不限于酒店、机票、餐饮的安排；
5. 协调及陪同项目巡演；
6. 管理、统筹部门工作；

职位要求：

1. 喜爱古典音乐、和/或芭蕾舞蹈等表演艺术；
2. 本科以上学历，英语、管理及工科类专业优先；
3. 性别不限，26岁及以上，有3年以上相关工作经验；
4. 出色的沟通与组织技巧，具备优秀的管理与领导经验；
5. 英文听说读写能力良好；
6. Windows、Office等办公软件熟练；
7. 善于与人沟通，抗压力强，逻辑性强，关注细节，能够应对突发事件；
8. 学习能力强，可自学古典音乐、芭蕾、舞台剧的乐器、设备、舞台灯光和音响技术需求中英文知识和词汇；
9. 有一定自由行国内旅行经验，理解行程安排要素，能适应经常出差；

Job description:

1.  Responsible for the implementation execution of performance projects in China;
2. Familiar with the project content, itinerary and technical requirements, to be of assistance with the sales team and the external department to ensure the implementation of the project;
3. Have the necessary communication with clients for sales support ;
4. Arrange detailed schedules according to the itinerary, including but not limited to hotel reservation, airline tickets, and catering ;
5. To coordinate and accompany through the whole period of tour ;

1. Job requirements:
2.  Interested in classical music, and/or ballet dance and other performing arts;
3.  Bachelor degree or above, major in English, management and engineering;
4. No Gender limited, 26 years or above, with more than 3 years of work experience;
5. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
6. Familiar with Windows, Office and other office software ;
7. Be good at communicating with others, resisting stress, being logical, paying attention to details and being able to cope with emergencies;
8.  Strong learning ability, self-learning classical music, ballet, stage musical instruments, equipment, stage lighting and sound technology needs Chinese and English knowledge and vocabulary;
9. Have the experience in self-guided travel and scheduling properly in different cases ;
10. Can adapt to frequent business trips;
