§ Support on semiconductor failures and quality issues for all electronics developing business units  

  为所有电子开发部门提供能够解决半导体方面的故障以及质量问题的技术支持

§ Management of projects for the development of new chip platform

  管理新型芯片的开发项目

§ Development and testing of new chip concepts and designs

  开发测试新型芯片的概念和设计

§ Sustainable, systematic solution of complex problems regarding design and process

   对于设计和过程的复杂问题的可持续，系统的解决方案

§ In-depth analysis of the influencing parameters on component properties

  对能够影响零件性能的相关参数进行深入分析

§ Evaluation of new semiconductors for all electronics developing business units

  为所有电子开发商务部门评估新型半导体

§ Preparation of quotations and specifications for product development projects as well as for the production of prototypes, pilots and series products

  为产品开发项目以及生产原型，导频信号和系列产品准备报价和规格

§ Assessment of semiconductor competence of suppliers 

  对供应商的半导体质量进行评估

§ Build network/partnerships to Chinese semiconductor industry (design, manufacturing, validation, new technologies…) 

  建立与中国半导体行业的网络/合作伙伴关系（设计，制造，验证，新技术…）

§ Build network/partnerships of Chinese automotive electronics and semiconductor supply chain 

  建立中国汽车电子和半导体供应链的网络/合作伙伴关系

§ Build an automotive competence network in China to support Chinese automotive suppliers

  在中国建立汽车竞争力网络来支持中国汽车供应商

§ Assessment of electronic and semiconductor competence of suppliers

  对供应商的电子和半导体质量进行评估

-  Qualifications:

职位要求

§ Degree in electrical engineering, Semiconductor Physics or a comparable study

  拥有电气工程，半导体物理或类似学位

§ Relevant several years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry

  拥有半导体相关行业的几年专业经验

§ Profound knowledge in the field of semiconductors and semiconductor processing/technology as well as knowledge in the field of semiconductor analysis techniques are advantageous

  拥有在半导体和半导体加工/技术领域的渊博知识以及在半导体分析技术领域的知识

§ Experience with design software ideally for chip design

  具有完美的芯片软件设计经验

§ Strong communication skill

  具有较强的沟通能力

§ Excellent initiative, engagement and personal responsibility

§ Target oriented and well structured
