- Support the purchase of Indirect Materials & Services (IM&S) for the sites in China, as well as support the global procurement group

- Support the sourcing process by developing intimate knowledge of selected commodity markets through study, analysis , personal contacts with suppliers, and any other sources of market information

- Take responsibility for the sourcing initiatives as per categories ’ strategy and timely update the achievement into PVTT system

- Provide market conditions, pricing , shortages or technical information to Manager and make recommendations to make sound procurement decisions

- Striclty follow up the IM&S policy and processes in each procurement

- Advise and assist other functions in the evaluation and pricing of alternative materials

- Advise on trade practices, pricing, market conditions, delivery terms, and utilization of technical services of vendors

- Initiate search for new alternative services, materials or products

- Solicit and analyse quotes , negotiate prices and delivery 

- Ssupport the global 4 pillar strategy during daily sourcing projects implementation

- Frequent trips to Changzhou site ( at least 2 days per week
