职位描述

Role

The Sr. Planning Manager we are looking for knowledgeable planner with a strong personality to shape and influence the strategic direction of accounts brands and businesses. At the very heart, she/he has a strong desire to inspire and rally people behind his/her vision and make great work together with our creative teams, all to bring the brands involved to a higher level.

Product:

To develop and drive best-in-class strategic and planning recommendations.
Provide clear and powerful platforms for all communications and turn it into sharp proposition and creative briefs.
Play active role in ensuring consistent and detail planning process is at the
re front of current thinking.

Internal:

Be a champion of strategy
Lead the planning activity for pitches and campaigns for clients.
Contribute to a strong culture of teamwork.
Contribute to the packaging and sharing of great work.

External

Strong personality and charisma.
Sell in brave ideas backed up by sound planning rationale and a confident and inspirational way of presenting
Engage and present with confidence to senior clients.

Skills & Knowledge

· Strong planning and problem-solving capabilities.

· Ability to fuse creative and analytical thinking. Simplifying the complex to give absolute clarity of thought.

· Strong in writing creative briefs, aligning and sparring with creative teams.

· Adept at building senior client relationships.

· Strong presentation, communication and writing skills.

· Native/Fluent in Mandarin.

Experience

· Proficient experience in a planning role at agency for around 4-5 years in mainland China.

· Proven experience to deal with clients on senior level.

· Good digital knowledge and planning that involve all digital channels.
