公用设备/设施工程师—大型药企工作经验优先

工作职责：

1、负责公用系统设备（包括空调、制水、空压机等）设施操作和维护的管理，保证公用系统能源的供应；

2、负责公用系统班组的日常工作安排、组织实施及班组人员培训；

3、负责部门各类GMP文件的起草编制和修订，包括URS文件，设备确认方案报告，设备设施SOP文件等；

4、负责设备各类图纸、合同、各类GMP文件及相关记录等部门档案资料的收集及归档；

5、参与设备设施的技术选型、考查论证评估等工作，提出设备选型购置的合理化建议；

6、参与设备设施的技术改造的具体实施，提出专业技术合理化的建议；

7、负责对公用系统设备设施的季度、年度故障率分析管理，制定年度预防性维护保养计划；

8、负责公用系统设备设施的委外售后维修或保养。

职位要求：

1、本科学历，机电类相关专业；

2、制药企业公用设备设施管理工作经验2年以上；

3、熟悉设备生命周期全过程管理、公用系统设备管理、设备管理类文件编制及CAD制图；

4、统计分析能力强，熟悉计量管理及能耗管理。
