SUMMARY

Operation Supervisor

Report to: Store manager of SKP

Resposible for 4 stores' daily operation(SKP ACC/MW/WW&South).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<Business & Reports>

· Follow up the stores commercial performances through different sales analysis and productivity reports, including Retail Package, daily/monthly analysis report, etc.

· Retail systems and data maintenance and management (Xstore, JDA, RTSM)

<Daily Operations>

· To assist in managing stores’ daily operation flow

· Assist inventory and work with logistics on the stock delivery

· Act as a link between inventory team and internal audit team to arrange mid/year-end stock take matters

· Coordinate with office ops team on ordering and dispatching uniform

· Work closely with ops team on the management of price-tags and non-merchandising goods (eg. shopping bags, packing materials, uniform, etc.)

· Provide administrative support to stores or based on operations requests

· Coordinating and handle all store maintenance requests.

<Retail Activities>

· Coordinate in store events/trunk shows or other CRM related activities based on retail excellence requests.

· Coordinating on Retail projects roll-out.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Degree and above in Business Administration or equivalent

· Minimum 3-year relevant operation experience, related industry or competitor brand’s experience preferred

· Proficient in MS Office

· A good team player with excellent analytical, presentation and communication skill

· A fast learner, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure

· Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
