Job Description：

          1.To receive   inquiry from customer and prepare quotation to them 

2.To   arrange ship out and follow up the shipment once rate confirmed (NCE rate   confirmed) 

3.To create   customer code in system (address book) , SPOT and chase overseas invoice   upload 

4.To   apply for credit term 

   5.To do cold   calls performance 

6.To release   order to the operation team and overseas with complete SOP 

7.To keep   good communication with operation team and overseas 

   8.To support Sales head for managing inside   team 

9.Data accumulation in terms of ROP, VOL by   account level for supporting sales manager setting up new strategic/sales   force 

10.To complete any other tasks arranged by   sales 

Qualification

1.University degree in Business   Administration/ Logistics or equivalent

2.With 4-5  years  relevant experience

3.Computer basis knowledge, MS Office (doc., xls.,   ppt.)

4.English language spoken and written - CET Level 4 and above

5.Sales-oriented

6.Good manners and appearance

7.Self-confident
