Trade lane manager 

- Rates procurement

Coordinate carrier relations’ development; research carrier needs and procurement opportunities;

Monitor market situation; source spot market rates;

Develop coloaders network for benchmarking and market insights;

Coordinate local rate procurement in each station for spot deals; gather market insights from local offices.

- Agents communication

Act as the main point of contact for agents on the trade lane; 

Ensure timely rate updates and market tendency communication with agents; 

Work with Pricing manager /BDM to set and implement the selling policy;

Distribute rate requests to local pricing teams or pricing admin /assistant when necessary and provide instructions /guidelines to them; 

- Internal communication

Provide general guidelines to local pricing regarding booking preferences, carrier choices; 

Work with pricing administration  /pricing assistant to maintain contract database in Quotiss; to provide regular internal rate updates for DT operations; to handle rate disputes. 

- Space allocation management

Work with GM and local pricing to ensure full utilization of available allocation; 

Communicate updates in required allocation to shipping lines;

Instruct local offices to pre-book when necessary, based on forecasted volumes and market situation

基本要求：

a）本科以上文凭

b）至少5～7年以上货代相关工作经验

c）英语听说读写流利，熟练

d）具备团队管理能力
