Acne Studios is seeking a highly motivated Digital Operations Coordinator to join our Direct to Consumer organization. As Digital Operations Coordinator you will Secure smooth e-commerce order operations, including order allocation and fulfillment, returns, correct payments, logistics and operational development for the Greater China Region.

This is a full-time position within a global company and reports directly to the Digital Operations Manager, based at the headquarters in Sweden. This position will be based in Shanghai, China.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Operations

· Responsible for daily operations including online order -and returns workflow, omni services, payments and logistics

· Operational and financial support across departments

· Handle daily and ongoing communications internally and externally with distribution centers and fulfillment partners

· Support with testing throughout e-commerce systems

· Constantly seek UX improvements and report bugs into designated system in a timely and structured manner

· Lead special projects and assist with new services/developments for the digital platform

· Responsible for packaging, including stock management, forecasting and replenishments for 3PL-CN

· Work actively to ensure that the digital operations department delivers and fulfills objectives and directions from HQ and DTC operations department

Reports

· Responsible of following up and reporting on SLAs for order management and fulfillment

· Responsible for payment processing and reporting to finance

· Track and report delivery times for the Greater China Region

Desired Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or similar

· Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience within luxury, fashion or service industries

· Documented e-commerce experience, preferably from mainland China

· Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese

· Proficient in Microsoft Office products

· Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, order management systems and backend systems (WMS/ERP/PIM/PSP)

· Hardworking, committed, reliable, independent and yet a good team-player

· Strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, and ability to multi-task

· Passionate about the digital side of the fashion industry and the Acne Studios brand

· Experience from living abroad, preferably Sweden, is meriting
