2.1 Project background / frame conditions

Improved dealer reporting system will be launched in Jan. 2021 and Spark system will roll out throughout 2021, we need this service to support volume related data accuracy topics. Beside, we need services to support GPM daily volume cross check, volume data management and system issues follow-up, support daily WS payment and dispatch monitoring and also support dealer target setting and revision related works.

2.2 Service scope / Content

The outsourcing service mainly includes the following work in our department:

• Data cross check in GPM/Spark and other reporting systems on daily basis and system issues follow-up.
• Daily payment and dispatch status monitoring.
• Prepare monthly closing report.
• Provide sales data to other departments in requested format.
• Weekly IVP system input and release to AG.
• Ad-hoc Sales performance analysis reports.
• Prepare NSC variant mix report.
• Monitor demo car on-duty/off-duty/diplomatic/used car reporting status.
• Business interface to regions/dealers/IT regarding reporting issues.
• Support for monthly and full year dealer target setting related works.
• Support for quota allocation in DVP.
• Support GPM function development.
• Team meeting / training preparation etc.
