Responsibilities:

• Issue output VAT fapiao with filing
• Fapiao application from tax bureau;
• VAT account reconciliation (input VAT/output VAT) with verify discrepancies and problems;
• Vendor creation and maintenance;

• Employee reimbursement hardcopy filing with input VAT collection/certification;

Daily Routine:

• Issue output VAT fapiao with Fapiao application from tax bureau
• Vendor creation and maintenance in Oracle/ Tracking list
• Employee reimbursement hardcopy filing
• Internal and external communication
• Adhoc tasks assigned by manager

Monthly Tasks:

• Input VAT certification in tax system
• VAT account reconciliation (input VAT/output VAT);
• Vendor creation report review/filing;
• Adhoc tasks assigned by manager

Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experiences as accountant and knowledge of computerized accounting system, Oracle is preferred.
• Bachelor degree, major in Accounting is preferred.
• Excellent excel skills
• Cooperation and teamwork
• Be able to work under pressure
