职位描述
Primary Functions
The inside sales will work cooperatively with sales team and other members of the distribution team to grow existing customers in East China region, create new customers and meet or exceed sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
· Through outbound calls and sales team collaboration, an inside sales will prospect into targeted territory & industry based business accounts in an effort to improve productivity of field sales by qualifying accounts as potential revenue opportunities and meet sales target.
· Segment the market, profile accounts, identify solutions and key contacts based on identified criteria.
· Provide prospective customers with products about Poly solutions. Be able to present corporate message and solution overviews via phone or e-mail communications.
· Navigate the large company of Poly to obtain answers necessary to fulfill prospect’s questions
· Complete call/opportunity reports to management on a weekly basis or as requested.
· Partner/Sales Opportunity Qualification
· Accesses and uses partner information to effectively align the business interests of Poly and the partner
Knowledge:
Uses professional concepts; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Job Complexity:
Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Has internal and some external contacts.
Supervision:
Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
Requirements and Experience:
- Preferred – 4yr College Degree in Marketing, sales, Communication Engineering is preferred, other disciplines will be considered
- Highly organized with strong attention to details
- 4-5 years’ experience as telesales, sales or similar role , preferably in IT industry company
- Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese
- Excellent and skilled telephone sales manner
- Team player and excellent communicator who can work seamlessly with customer, distributor, and other department in the company
· High activity level, enthusiastic, self-motivated, persistent
· must be a self-starter Computer literate with experience of recording information in Salesforce system
· Ambitious and stable who aspires to grow within Customer focused and prepared to go the extra mile
· Able to articulate the value of Service and effectively manage objections
· Basic knowledge of Office( Word, outlook, PPT and Excel)
