Financial Accounting

  

• Implement all the financial policies and practices in compliance with corporate, regional and local statutory laws, rules and regulations
• Supervise the preparation of regular or ad-hoc financial accounts, reports, statements and analyses
•  Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payment and receipt
• Supervise inter-company billing and reconciliation

System Control

  

•  Monitor financial data in the system for reporting

Treasury

  

• Monitor cash flow to minimize interest expenses

Audit and Taxation

  

• arrange annual external audit and review audited report

Company Secretarial

  

• Apply, maintain and renew various business licenses and certificates
• Prepare and file board resolution and annual returns
• Maintain lease agreement

provide financial data to the Census and Statistics Department

Requirements:

• A bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting

  CPA or CMA  

• 10+ years experience in Finance and Accounting management and exposure in food industry or logistics field.

       5 years in a managerial role.  

• High compliance – Logical, strong numerical sense, work accurately with close attention to detail.

• High degree of maturity

•  Independent  thinker with creativity 

• High level of personal integrity is a must.

• Sets high standards and work accurately with close attention to detail.
